PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP

More and more organisations now appreciate the importance of the objective administration of staff performance. Hitherto, the criteria for assessing performance had been largely subjective. This may result in feelings of inequity and favouritism and may ultimate adversely impact staff morale. Unfortunately, very few managers have received formal training in performance management. This program will provide those responsible for managing staff the skills required to manage both their own performance and the performance of subordinates. It will also present participants with a practical framework for effectively dealing with non-performance.
